We are already others
... Summer is leaving;
There is as a fading, a feeling like broken air and cold brightness,
as if from here to there they summoned things to a rictus of acendrada and expectant sadness;
.... and yet everything is full and rests,
or cross tiredly as an ox that will house the world's efforts to return home;
... already, we are already others;
The lark at noon already vibrated in the blood
And already, the vine, with its tin leaves,
We crack the shadow and touch the shoulder;
… And the heart knows and trembles,
So, unconsciously, you collect your small belongings without order:
the sources, the deep droughts,
La Hiel,
the voice,
Total passion,
death;
... sparrow flocks pass.
