Michael Glauer

A While

You’re deeply depressed

For now there’s nothing

You really got to frown

So come, just sit down

The view is nice today

The birds fly high

Everything comes to an end

And you’re my friend

And no sense in talking

Watch the clouds go by

Sparkling ripples and a duck

Come and watch my bad luck

Time for immortality

Never a time

It is such a while

Let’s take a trial

I got an empty empire

My folks are dead

Well I have a queen

Just for in between

Come with me I need you

Say it’s all right that way

Please hold my cord

And sometimes a word

Not to say it’s easy

Nor it’s almost fun

It’s just being here

Taking my fear
