Meike Schrut

Ladybird plague?

They did not torment me.
The smallest god's messengers - so I called them -
Whirred around,
Were not there and, nevertheless, also again...
It was as if they shooed away me there
Then again here.
Thus came `see that I wandered through streets
Lost in the human tumult.
Finally, there. Finally?
No pain could be bigger,
When I found you
Not only...
Longingly my heart hit - seemed to me -
My breath still went more slowly.
Only this: careful amazement more than 2 people,
From those only one near me.?
This boy?
No „Horus in the nest“, how the father
No incomparable Pharaoh is.
The invisible ways on which I walk
Because I dreaming
In the country of the pyramids am.
Comparisons are immediately lost if I see
One lack:
the unapproachable, severity.
If you spoke,
If so much gentleness and forbearance is present.
Forgive if I hide,
The fact that my heart still hits too egoistically...
