I'M STILL SMOKING 20 A DAY

I used to smoke a cigarette when feeling tense

The urge to light one up was really so immense

I used to spark one up when feeling vexed

But now I only smoke after having sex

Oh

Sadly I’m still smoking twenty a day

I’m just having fun and life’s OK

I feel so horny and I’m looking hot

And that’s why I’m still smoking a lot

I liked the way a roll up used to make me feel

And always used to have one after every meal

I used to smoke a joint whilst having a jar

Always rolled a spliff after sex in the car

Oh

Sadly I’m still smoking twenty a day

I’m just having fun and life’s OK

I feel so horny and I’m looking hot

And that’s why I’m still smoking a lot

Oh cigarette smoke makes your clothing stink

Cos everybody’s smoking when you’re having a drink

My finger turned brown with a nicotine stain

And smoking Marajuana disengages my brain

Oh

Sadly I’m still smoking twenty a day

I’m just having fun and life’s OK

I feel so horny and I’m looking hot

And that’s why I’m still smoking a lot

I know old habits are so hard to break

But think I’m smoking now just for smoking’s sake

All these cravings are freaking me out

Is that why I smoke and put it about

Oh

Sadly I’m still smoking twenty a day

I’m just having fun and life’s OK

I feel so horny and I’m looking hot

And that’s why I’m still smoking a lot

This song was written for a young lady who sings in a new band here in England.
It was done tongue in cheek but sounds great if sung in a slow jazz style with instumentals in between verses.
