Barbara I.

Perception

Again the wound breaks open.

Festering fervor

All-consuming blaze

Destruct me with wasting pain.

Glistening light

On everything till now

Sheltered with tender grey.

The day has come again

When the shadows disappear,

Fire of perception

Not let unenlightened -

Neither a single corner of the resting past

Nor the whole destructing presence. -

Not even vitriolic smoke

Disturbs the visibility-

----------------------------------------

After hours

And days

And nights

Finally

Sublimated through the flame

Ash

Pure and torched

Containing the certitude

Only of future iteration.
