Lex Limes

So let us learn from feline friend!

Amidst the fields of life we roam
A finite time to call our own
Our seconds tick, our hours fly
The clock's refrain, a mournful sigh

In rows we stand,
like potatoes grown
A homogenous field, we're prone
To pass through life in droning lines
Our vibrant hues lost, like dulling wines

But in the midst of time and space
A cat observes with silent grace
With eyes that peer into the night
Black holes his guide, his stunning sight

His curiosity never spent
He revels in the firmament
And in his quest, we come to find
A hope for life, a path to bind

So let us learn from feline friend!
To break from rows,
our lives transcend
And like potatoes that can rise
Let us reach for the endless skies.
