LyraLyra Gabriel

Destroyed

Howling sirens fall silent, impacts and detonations have stopped. The clock is ticking.
Silently touching the body, freeing it from the rubble - eyes almost blind, cemented by dust and tears. Sliding on knees over shattered glass to the bathroom, the outer wall missing, one large eye gazing into madness.
Water flowing over the face. Tears running freely - a stream of fear.
