Johann Hauder

funeral of hearts

They showed me their frozen faces

and heavy stones on their bodies

that keep them down but safe

What a waste

I hated them:

Earth to Earth

I enjoy the heavyness of my eyelids

Now I can grasp her silver gaze

I understand that despite all

She is fading

This is a photo

Ashes to Ashes

Neither hot tears nor glowing irons

nor the pain that burned us into live

or the hot steam of your memory

will last long

another fact

Dust to Dust
