Don't You Ever

Don't you get out of my head

Don't you ever take away the blues

Don't you feel the pain, driving me insane

Don't you ever recreate your youth

It's a strange world that we live in

I can't seem to work it out

Well, the truth is hard to find

That's what life is all about

Can I trust you when you say

That there will never be a doubt

Has our love just made me blind

Is there a sun behind the clouds?

Don't you get out of my head

Don't you ever take away the blues

Don't you feel the pain, driving me insane

Don't you ever recreate your youth

How we could have come this far

Is still a mystery to me

Should I go and ask some friends

What our love is meant to be?

Do you want me to be true

Or is our love meant to be free

Is the fate in our hands

Will it last eternally?

Don't you get out of my head

Don't you ever take away the blues

Don't you feel the pain, driving me insane

Don't you ever recreate your youth

You just mean so much to me

And I want you to know

That you're the only one for me

I could never let you go

Don't you get out of my head

Don't you ever take away the blues

Don't you feel the pain, driving me insane

Don't you ever recreate your youth
